Welcome to Adyaym – A Haven for Seekers ✨
Hey there, friend. Welcome to Adya Yoga and Storie—a space where we explore Yoga, Ayurveda, and Śrī Vidyā together. I’m not here as a guru or an expert, just a fellow seeker on this path, sharing what I learn as I go.
If you’re also drawn to the wisdom of the Vedas, Purāṇas, and the mysteries of life, you’re in the right place. Let’s walk this journey side by side.
Why We’re Here 🌿✨

Fulfilling Swami Rama’s Vision – Bridging East & West
At Adyaym.com , we are inspired by the great vision of Swami Rama—to bring the most ancient knowledge of yoga and holistic wellbeing to the masses. Our mission is simple:
✔️ To make authentic yogic wisdom accessible to people from all walks of life.
✔️ To bridge Eastern and Western knowledge, blending the timeless teachings of Ayurveda, Śrī Vidyā, and Vedic sciences with modern approaches to health.
✔️ To offer structured, step-by-step guidance, making personal transformation achievable and sustainable.
We are not here to mystify yoga but to simplify and structure it, so it can become a way of life. True transformation doesn’t happen overnight—it’s a journey of small, consistent steps that align the body, mind, and spirit.
The Wisdom of Parvati’s Kitchen 🍲💫
Let me share a story with you—one that beautifully weaves together the spiritual and the earthly:
It is said that Lord Shiva, the great yogi, once sat deep in meditation, surrounded by his devoted disciples, teaching them the path to Moksha (liberation). His words were profound, guiding them toward transcendence.
One day, after a small disagreement, Goddess Parvati left their abode. At first, the disciples continued their learning, absorbed in Shiva’s wisdom. But soon, a quiet discomfort began to rise. “Where is our food?” they asked.
The kitchen was cold. The fragrance of nourishment was missing. Without Parvati, there was no Bhog—no food, no sustenance, no warmth. Hunger gnawed at their bellies, and with it, a deeper realization dawned. How can one meditate, seek wisdom, or attain Moksha if the body itself is weak and unfed?
Shiva, too, felt the shift. He set out in search of Parvati, understanding that without tending to the needs of the body, the spirit could not soar. When he found her, he spoke a truth that remains eternal:
“There is no Moksha without Bhog. One cannot ignore the hunger of the other.”
With love, Parvati returned, and once again, the kitchen was filled with warmth, aroma, and nourishment. The disciples ate, their minds and spirits revived. Balance was restored.
This story reminds us that spirituality is not about renouncing life—it’s about embracing it in its wholeness. Enlightenment is not just found in deep meditation but also in the simplest acts: nourishing, sharing, and caring.

My Qualifications
I’m a Qualified Personal Trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and I also have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Vimarsha Yoga, Karnataka, India, which is recognized by Yoga Alliance International and the Government of India. My journey has been deeply inspired by Tattwa Shuddhi (Pancha Maha Bhuta)—the science of balancing the five elements within us.
Personal Journey & Inspiration
My path began in 2015, when I left my corporate job in Liverpool Street, London (U.K.) and traveled to India in search of deeper meaning. My first encounter with Ayurveda happened after I suffered from a severe knee injury. A seven-day Panchakarma treatment at Kaivalyadhama Yoga and Healthcare Centre in Lonavala, India, that miraculously healed my knee, setting me on a transformative journey into the world of Ayurveda, yoga, and self-discovery.
Through extensive research, I found myself drawn to Hatha Yoga and began practicing techniques such as Surya Kriya, Angamardana, and Yogasana at Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore, India. This journey eventually led me to Tattwa Shuddhi, where I realized that true health comes from balancing the five elements within us—fire, water, earth, air, and ether.
Project 2: Holistic Health Practices Inspired by Swami Rama
At Adya Yoga and Storie, we integrate the timeless wisdom of Meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga, Purāṇic Stories, Sattvik Tantra, and holistic well-being into daily life. By understanding the body’s natural cycles (Dincharya), we can cultivate harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Our approach focuses on balancing the five elements, ensuring emotional and physical well-being without relying only on pharmaceuticals.
For example, the fire element is closely linked with emotions—when it’s imbalanced, we may experience anger, burnout, or a lack of motivation. Instead of suppressing these emotions, we can restore balance through specific yogic practices, diet, and mindfulness techniques. These methods are rooted in ancient Tantric scriptures (Sri Vidya) from 800 AD, offering a systematic approach to well-being.
